TAS5822M: schematic revue and HP selection

Hello,

I would like to request technical support regarding the TAS5822 amplifier.
Could you please review and validate my schematic for a design based on the TAS5822, which will be powered at 18 V?

I am also experiencing crackling noises with certain audio signals, and I would like to verify whether this could be related to my schematic, or the speaker characteristics.

In addition, I would like to confirm the minimum required power rating for the speaker in this configuration. We are currently using a 25 W / 4-ohm speaker, and I would like to know whether this is appropriate or if a different rating is recommended.

    Hi Eric,

    The schematic looks good.

    What is your audio input during this crackling? Can you get any scope shots of the output during this? 

    This amplifier for the speaker specs you described as long as you don't output above 25W.
