TAS6424LQ1EVM: Read the register 0x11 return 0x10 sometimes

Part Number: TAS6424LQ1EVM

I write the register 0x21 to 0x80 to clear fault, then read the register 0x11, sometimes it return 0x10.

May I know the reason and how to avoid it?
