  • Hello Iden,

I don't know which device you have requested the PPC3 for, but what you are showing is the PPC3 itself.  Sometimes you have to click on available EVMs APPS (when you are signed in)  and it would update and show you the list of all devices that you have requested the PPC3 for them and granted access.

It seems right now you have the PPC3 software installed ok, may be you have not requested the GUI for the specific device you are interested, as you need to put a request for each device separately. So make sure you have requested the GUI in the product page ( usually under EVM page).

Here is a screenshot of all devices that I have requested to be added to my PPC3 so i can use their GUI in PPC3.

Let me know if you have any question.

    Regards,

    Arash

  • I've got the same issue. I requested access to the process flow app for the TAS5805M device and although I got an email that my request has been granted no apps show app in PurePath.

    /edit

Oh, sry, apparently the request has to be made for every single device explicitly? This is rather confusing... So, first one requests the PurePath app and then the... plugins (for lack of a better word)?

  • Hi Vincent,

Yes, it is confusing at the first time. You have to request the access for each device. Think of PPC3 as a general software for communication with our ICs. Once you have it, you need the specific GUI for the device of interest .  That GUI has information about the registers and configuration of the DUT. That GUI is designed in PPC3 and works in PPC3.

    Kind Regards,

    Arash
