I am trying to use the Evaluation module of TAS5132. When I connect this module to the PC, I am getting USB communication error.

How to fix this problem?

I also can't control the TAS5132DDV2EVM.
User's guide describes that blue LED is lit when inserting the USB plug,

but the blue LED on my EVM does not light up.

In addition, when I try to install the driver on my PC, the message of "driver can not be found" is displayed.

Is this EVM out of order?　Should I request a new board?

As a result of inspection the cause of the malfunction of my EVM,

I found that the firmware on the E2PROM is broken.

After replacing E2PROM to the normal firmware is written, EVM is now works correctly.
