Need help with designing a digital audio amp

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5142, TAS5508B, TAS5727EVM, TAS5508, TAS5508C, TAS5342LA, TAS5342A

Dear TI support and all,

I found out TI has a great selection of digital IC (Power amps etc).  My plan to design a digital power amplifier that can have a sub and two satellites. I would like to use  TAS5142 digital power amp ( 200W) for sub-woofer. As far as I know we need to follow these steps. I found out chips for each steps

Analog to digital conversion -PCM1803A
PWM processor - TAS5508B
Power stage - TAS5142

1.)  The problem is do I need to program TAS5508?. If so can I make a USB programmer from TAS1020B. For this can I follow the schematic from TAS5727EVM board?

2.)  In that schematic I see an EPROM. Do I have to have that in all designs, in order to program? Can I make own TAS5727EVM board according to the schematic and program using the software?. I see there is an EPROM. Do I have to have that in my design for functioning TAS5508A?  Do I have to program every time after turning off? If so how can I implement in an actual design?

3)  My goal is to design a simple digital amp with 100W. ADC conversion, program PWM for different frequencies and power stage. So could anyone please suggest best devices for this matter? As I am totally new to your digital device collection, that would be great if you can show me an example schematic. Sorry for this long post.

Thank you in advance
