Noise issue in TLV320AIC3254

I am using TLV320AIC3254 codec in my hardware. I am using a mic and stereo in for inputs. I am getting a noise at the output with or without any inputs. By debugging it is almost clear that the noise is originating from the A2D section of the codec. Please do provide me solutions regarding the correct configurations I must be using to avoid noise. If possible please give me a design guide for the same.

    The device will not have noise in the audio band on its output above the specified worst case SNR. It will have out of band noise due to its architecture, which will have to be filtered with a simple single pole RC low-pass filter at ~30kHz fc.
