InputUsbBoard3 / Not communicating with TAS5614LADDVEVM

Hi,

We ordered TAS5614LADDVEVM and checked the operation before sending customer, but we can not see the communicating to TAS5614LADDVEVM from InputUsbBoard3. I attached its picture I'm checking. I already tried "7128.InpuUsbBoard3_Firmware.zip" that was found in E2E but do not work yet.

Please give your advice.
