Using TAS5086 with TAS5612A

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5086

Hi, I've been trying to figure out what could be the easiest way of connecting the TAS5086 to the TAS5612A (in BTL mode).

When in stereo BTL mode, the TAS5612A needs four inputs (A, B, C, D).

How do I go about connecting them when TAS5086 gives only two outputs (PWM1, PWM2) when it's in 2.0 mode?

Should I connect inverters to inputs B and D on the TAS5612A ?

Also I would like to know if there are things to consider when using these two chips together like  specific needs for setting the PWM START register or MODULATION LIMIT register.

Thanks.
