LM4970 Chip does not have I2CVdd

My LM4970 does not have the I2CVdd pin, is this even an LM4970? can it still be used? i got it from here. If it is the wrong chip, what is the exact LM4970 model that i should be buying?

What do you mean? I looked at the schematic on Rachel's electronics page, and the schematic shows I2CVDD coming out on one of the header pins.

Yeah, i see it describe in the datasheet too, but i ordered the thing, it looks exactly like the picture, but it DOES NOT have pin 7, i2cVdd, i havent tried to use it yet, you think it'll work?
