TPA2050D4, TPA2051D3, TPA2054D4A - Is DVDD, and I2C pins 3.3V tolerant

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPA2054D4A, TPA2050D4

The datasheet for each device states the Absolute Maximum Ratings for DVDD is -3 to 3.6V. The EVM for TAP2050D4 and TPA2054d4A speak to "another supply (external) between 1.8V and 3.3V" if the internal 1.8V regulated supply is not used.

Can it be confirmed that all 3 devices are 3.3V tolerant for DVDD, SDA and SCL in particular TPA2050D4 device? The datasheet for TPA2050D4 speaks to 1.8V and leads to some confusion on my part. I have a MCU that is 3.3V and would like to use TPA2050D4 and avoid a 1.8V power supply and level converters etc for the I2C interface if possible.

Thanks

Robert...
