[DRV603/DRV632] Voltage Rating of Charge Pump Flying CAP

Hello~

According to DRV603EVM & DRV632EVM, it is using the 16V voltage rating for the Charge Pump Flying CAP.

Is the 16V voltage rating mendatory??

If the VDD is 3.3V, Can I use 10V or 6.3V rating instead of 16V voltage rating for the Charge Pump Flying CAP??
