Dear TIer.
My customer is going to use TAS5122 in her new project.
She ask me what we do with empty pin processing of the channel in it which is not used?
Specifically, PVDD, GVDD, OUT, BST and PWM.
Have I tie to GND or left float?

Hi,
This is an extremely old IC. I would suggest you recommend one of our newer devices like TAS5612LA to your customer.

Hi Avraka,
For the unused channel, PVDD still need to be tied to PVDD supply, GVDD tied to the GVDD supply, BST Cap/R tied from BST pins to OUT pins, voltage clamp diodes to OUT pins. Output PWM LC filter may not be needed but they can help with idle current (thermal) if used.
