(1) Matrix Short Test and Open Test
Can you guarantee that these devices are not problem regarding the matrix short test and the open test?
Moreover, because we would like to use those results as the reference of the adding protect element, could you please offer us them?
(2) Long-term Reliability
Can you guarantee 100000 hours as these devices operation?
