I'm currently using the amp for a burglar alarm where I create square wave signals and send it through a pic18Fxx input in a phase-shifted TPA. I inserted the two capacitors in series to decouple and everything works perfectly, except for the temperature.
The gain is set to 36dB for maximum power ... right??
The working voltage is 14V dc.
After about 40 minutes of work, I have the filter coils that reach 80 ° C and the inductance 33uH 4.5A.
The TPA instead arrives, dissipandolo asset, the threshold of TRIP-POINT 150 ° C.
I would like to ask ... where am I doing wrong to get this situation??

The speaker is 4ohm.
