Hi,
Could you please give me the operation principle that the pop noise occurs when I return to normal mode from shut-down mode using pins of SDR and SDL?
Best Regards,
Kato

Hi, Kato-san,
Our newer parts like TPA6132A2, TPA6130A2, and TPA6133A2 don't have the pop.
The pop is due to offset errors which results in a transient being applied to the head phones when the part is powering up. The only way to fix it is to add an external circuit to the output which would control this transient. Unfortunately, we do not have a recommended circuit for this - instead, your customer should switch to one of the newer parts above.

Hi Don-san,
Thank you for your reply.
Could you please describe it using block diagram in detail?
I believe that the transition time of the charge pump is the cause.

Kato
Hi, Kato-san,
We have spent a lot of time trying to find a solution to the pop in the TPA4411, and we never found one. Please use one of our newer devices.
