Hi Team,

I' d like to ask about short-circuit protection of TPA2005D1.

Is short-circuit protection of TPA2005D1 the same as TPA2001D1?

It seems TPA2001D1 has the protection under short to Battery, Ground, and Load.

Hi, Yaita-san,

These are completely different families (look at the external components used), but in general, yes, it is protected as you stated. Keep in mind that "battery" must be the power applied to the IC! It can't be a higher voltage in the system.
