Referring to the graph below (datasheet pg 21), is the total power supply voltage referring to Voltage input to the op amp or output by op amp?

Hi,
The total power supply voltage refers to the total supply rail voltage across the opamp. That is the voltage sum from the V+ and V- supply pin.
For example if V+ supply was 15V and the V- supply was -15V the total supply voltage across the opamp would be 30V.
