Hi, guys,

We are using TLV320AIC32 on our board, which have pop and click problem , we are using LINE1L and LINE1R as analog input and LEFT_LOP AND RIGHT_LOP as analog output and also DOUT/WCLK/BCLK as digital ouput, 24.8 Mhz generated from cpu to MCLK is served as main clock, and sample rate is 48Khz.

I did a lot testing, it seems the pop noise is gone when it is running at 96k, which dual the sample rate, which set the register 0x07 at page 0, but we want it running under 48Khz.

I also change the ac-couple caps at INPUT side from 0.1uf to 0.47uf, it still have pop when running at 48khz,

Is anyone know what should I do to get rid of this pops, thank you!

Hello Kevin,

Sorry for the late response. I've revised the register setup and looks like it is correct. However I need to make some test in the EVM in order to figure out if the pop could be related to the output configuration. I'll get back to you as soon as i can.

Hi, Diego,

Is that possible the hardware design which introduce the noise from power plate, we already separated the analog signal ground from the digital ground with only one point connect~, let me know if you need further information on the hardware design. Thank you!
