Single supply for differential supply opamp OPA2134, or suggested single supply opamp

Hi:

I've been using the codec PCM3168 for a while, always with input buffers made of differential supply opamps...

The buffer using an OPA2134 was this:

Using a +/- 9V power supply... Everithing is working fine, but i have some doubts:

Considering that the analog input voltage for the ADC is –0.3 to (VCC + 0.3) < +6.5... VCC is 5V (So my analog input range is from -0.3 to 5.3V) and that VcomAD=2.5V in the non-inverting pin of the opamp causes my input signal will be elevated to a DC value of 2.5V... If my input signal is about 1Vpp, my entire signal would be possitive, so do i need the negative supply?

And what about using single supply... would it work? Is there a way to use this opamps (because i already have them) but with single supply? how would this affect the response?

If not, or if it's not recommended... what single supply opamps should i use to implement the same buffer but with single supply to obtain a 2Vrms output signal from a differential input? The application is intended for professional audio quality
