Hi,
What kind of concern point is there if replacing TAS5707 with TAS5717 ?
Could you please give us your advice about it ?
Best regards,
Kato

Hi Kato-San,
These devices belong to the same family of digital Audio Amplifiers, but they have some differences, their Digital Audio Processing structure is different as well as their pin configuration. Basically using the TAS5717 instead of the TAS5707 will add more DAP features as EQs, routing options and two AGL replacing the DRC. Also, the TAS5717 has a headphone/line driver.
However the power of the TAS5717 is lower, so if you want to keep the same power, you may take a look to the TAS5727.
