Hi team,


In the DS, the reaction of OCSD is given between 200us and 390us : what makes it vary ? temperature, supply voltage? Would you have plots?

    Hi O'Mellin,

    The details on overcurrent shutdown are at Protection and Monitoring section page 18 in the D/S.
    Its OCSD speed depends on the impedance of the short circuit, supply voltage and the switching frequency; unfortunately we don't have any plots related to this.
