    Hi Nicolas,

    Basically the DRC performance is similar between these devices as they have several programmable parameters used to adjust the desired performance. One notorious difference is the number of available gain settings, being the one of the TPA2016D2 wider, while the AIC3204 has less options.  I would recommend you to take a look to the TPA2016 datasheet and the AIC3204 Reference guide. There is plenty information about AGC configuration and usage.
