Hi Team,

LM48560 has TURN_ON register that can be set turn on time 15ms or 5ms.
Could you tell me the background of having this register?
I would like to know disadvantage of using fast turn on time(5ms) if any.

    Hi Yaita-san,

    Unfortunately there is no document or information available about this feature.
    However, I think there should not be any disadvantages of using either of these configurations. Some applications need longer startup times due to reasons like signal stabilization or capacitor charging/discharging; some others does not need a specific startup time. Most likely this device offers two different turn on times to let the user decide which is better for the application.
