TPA3100D2 voice noise

Hi Sir,

Sorry to bother you.

We have use TPA3100D2, for now have some question.

Schematic:

We remove fan and speaker, just run signal. We found there have weak noise from Amp circuit.

Step as below

1. Run sound test in BurnIn test in Win7 x64.
2. The weak noise can be found from the area of amp layout.
3. Try to remove L1~4. The noise was disappear.
4. The schematic we designed was as attached.

Even we have try TPA3100D2 EVM, and others M/P product which have use TPA3140D2. There are same phenomenon.

So i have search some information, i guess is it possible because MLCC cap??

We need confirm:

1.Does TI all class D AMP have same...Electrical Characteristics??

2.How to fix it??
