We are using the TLV320AIC3206 in the QFN package and it is working great. For a new design, we would like to switch to the WCSP package. We noticed that ball D5 does not appear on the 'Pin Functions' table of Page 4 of SLAS649C (the latest rev of the datasheet).
Does this mean it is not connected internally? How should we connect it on our board?
