SRC4190: Questions of the SRC4190's RCKI and SDOUT

Hi Sirs,

We have two SRC4190's questions need to consult with product line:

1. Customer's Codec has no MCLK output. Can we use a discrete 12.288MHz or 24.576MHz oscillator to send RCKI signal to the SRC4190?
2. If we program the SRC4190 to slave mode at input, master mode at output. Will output pins become Hi-Z or logic low in reset mode?
