CC3200: CC3200AUDBOOST - Convert PCM Data to Wav

Dear TI Community,

I have a cc3200 and a audio booster pack

I have successfully run the demo, I observed the packets sent over UDP are raw pcm data

I would like to convert the raw pcm data to wav format ! How to achieve this? kindly explain in depth !

Once this is achieved how can i send this file from flash and attach it to a http request ?

Hi,

I think there are no official examples for this. I think you need to create WAV container by yourself. Good start-point can be this topic: stackoverflow.com/.../convert-from-pcm-to-wav-is-it-possible

Hi Shashank,

I believe this is done simply by adding a header to the PCM data. You will have to research to figure out what exactly goes in it.

Maybe someone in an audio forum would know offhand
