TLV320AIC23: Sample rates below 8kHz

Part Number: TLV320AIC23

Hi All - I wondered if anyone knows if the TLV320AIC23 part can perform sample rates below 8kHz by applying a suitable input MCLK and divider?  I'm looking to perform a custom sampling at 7.111kHz.  Any guidance on best clock and settings would be really appreciated.  TIA.
