For Cout I found that there is mentioned in TAS5414C-Q1 data sheet as below.
I believe that 2.2uF is too large, so could you please double-check it ?
In addition, please tell me the range(Min and Max) for the output inductor value which you would recommend ?

The CBTL does not go to ground, so this spec does not apply to the 2.2uF. The capacitors Cg do not need to be so large, 150nF to 470nF is a good value for this capacitor.
The inductor value is dictated by the load and the cutoff frequency. The cutoff frequency needs to be low enough around 30kHz to remove the PWM and for EMI reasons. 10uH is a good value.

Could you please tell me the minimum inductor value which you would recommend if getting the audio bandwidth more than 40kHz ?
Our customer is considering to use TAS5414C-Q1 with 2 x BTL @ 40W ~ 50W.
