LM49450: Output noise problem

Part Number: LM49450

Dear Team:

My client uses lm49450 to design audio output, but headhone has noise.

What is the likely cause, and what should I pay attention to when designing?

  • Hi,

I will try to help you identify the cause of the issue. However unfortunately there are no evaluation boards available or this device for debugging purposes.
What kind of noise is it at the headphone output? Do you have any capture?
Could you share your register settings?
Is the customer using only headphone output? or are they using speaker output too? If they're using speaker, is the noise present at the speaker too?

    Best regards,
