1. What does it mean by internally limited on power dissipation field under absolute maximum rating?
2. If Vdd is 8.4V, speaker load = 16ohm,
Based on the equation 2 in datasheet, Pd = 4*(8.4^2)/2*pi*16 = 0.89W.
Then Ta = 150 – 0.89*73 = 85C (max ambient temp).
If Ta = 60C, based on equation 3, we get 1.23W which exceed 0.89W. How to explain this? It is mean 1.23W is the max Pd of the IC @60C Ta? For that, we can reduce the speaker load or increase Vdd to achieve that power level?
