I was trying to make a portable amplifier using TPA3122. the layout is shown below.
It is not working and oscillates with tick--tick sound.
Please help to fix the problem.

I can't see the thermal pad on the board. How much is the output power in your application. Does the issue still occur with very low output power? If the issue doesn't exist with lower output power, the issue could be a thermal issue. Then need to optimize the thermal design on the board. TPA3122D2 EVM is a good reference design.
Did you measure the waveform on the output pins when the issue occurs? How much is the speaker resistance?
Could you please show me your SCH if possible? It would be helpful for our debugging work.

Thanks for your support.
The issue was die to the PCB layout.
I redesigned it with ground plane and moved the decoupling capacitors close to the chip.
