Hello，TI

I have a TAS2560EVM，and had request to get access to the TAS2560 EVM APP software, then TI approved the access to PPC3

but I still don't have the permission to get TAS2560 EVM APP, now my PPC3 software interface only has a I2C Mater APP

yesterday I requested TAS2560 EVM APP software again，until now I don't get any reply.

What can I do about this?

    I had received the TAS2560 EVM confirmation email, and my PPC3 installed the TAS2560 EVM successfully.

    Now I have some new problems:

    1.When I connect my TAS2560 EVM board to PC, the software throw a warning window shows " You have a different version of EVM-support Hardware ID:FWIDTAS2560EVM-REVE2", can I ignore it?

    2.When I run "Hardware checks", it shows a error "Unable to playback audio"

    3.Can I use TAS2560 EVM APP to export the I2C configuration file and get the amplifier's output voltage and current?

    You can ignore the warning from 1.
    Have you configured USB-AudioEVM both Playback and Recording sampling frequencies to 48000Hz? If you connect a speaker to the output during System Checks, do you hear a tone?
    You can use I2C tool to read back the registers. Unfortunately there is not a tool available to read back the I/V sense data.
