Dear Sir,

My customer would like to confirm PCM510x stop band attenuation performance as Fig.15.

Would you pls advise how we can use AP to test it?

I cannot find standard measurement in AP list. Thanks,

Hi Ian,

I do not have much experience with the AP5XX instruments, but to do this measurement you would do a frequency sweep all the way to the sample rate of the PCM. For example if fS = 44.1kHz, you would sweep the input frequency to 44.1kHz.
