Hello Adam,

Thanks for your concern. Addition to my previous post, Customer is asking for four parameters:

1. junction to case(top) thermal resistance
2. junction to board thermal resistance
3. junction to top characterization parameter
4. junction to board characterization parameter.

Pls assist us to check the parameters because some of them are not available on the datasheet.

Sorry for the delay.

Theta-JA: 50.9
Theta-JC (top): 1.3
Theta-JB: 26.9
PSI-JT: 3.1
PSI-JB: 26.7
Theta-JC (bottom): N/A

Please note that usually Theta-JC is the most important, the other thermal resistances are highly based on test setup.
