    Could you please to confirm points bellow:

    1. Is your PPC2 the latested version, if not , please update to the latest and reboot your system, than try again; In addition, could you please try another computer?

    2. What is version of your Purepath mother board, please refer to this : https://e2e.ti.com/support/amplifiers/audio_amplifiers/f/6/t/599436?tisearch=e2e-sitesearch&keymatch=PPC2%20connect ; (Ensure you have install all necessary driver in the link)

    3. Usually the connection process is as bellow, could you please check which is abnormal to you:

    a. Power on EVM board, a blue LED in mother board (near USB connector);

    b. Connect your USB to motherboard and the blue LED is still on indicating USB is indentifed and locked --- This is a must;

    c. Double click the PPC2 file, then GUI will show: "Connect a target to proceed OR Manually Choose a Target"; please manually choose TAS5756

        target and then OK; --- if you cannot find any

    d. Afterwards, the GUI should indicate "Connect as TAS5754M-56MDCAEVM", just click it.

    If the steps above cannot work, could you please clarify more clearly about your problem? EVM version?

    Best regards,
