how can i separate avcc and vcc to further reduce distortion

Hi John,
Usually AVCC i not divided from VCC power supply in the application. A small decoupling resistor(e.g. 10Ohm) between AVCC and PVCC can be used to keep high frequency, Class-D noise from entering the linear input amplifiers.
