    Hi Jerry,
    TPA124D2 is almost the same as TPA3121D2 expect some slight design changes. From application perspect, the main difference is the mute control. The mute delay on TPA3124D2 is much shorter(30us) than TPA3121D2(120ms) and the mute attenuation is a little higher.
