TAS5086: Should signals BCK and LRCK be synchronous with signal MCLK?

Part Number: TAS5086

I have two boards, on the first board, the BCK and LRCK signals are synchronous with the MCLK signal and everything is OK with sound. The PWM signal period is constant, frequency = 384.1 kHz.
On the second board, the BCK and LRCK signals are not synchronous with the MCLK signal and with the sound of the problem: there are audible clicks and rales. The PWM signal period is not constant, and the frequency is floating a little.

Should signals BCK and LRCK be synchronous with signal MCLK?
