Is possible to decode the Audio data (from S/PDIF) which be protected, then to output the audio original data to HOST (USB)?

It is not possible to bypass the copyright protection of SCMS. Please note the PCM2903 does have some known issues, as highlighted in the errata available in the product folder in TI.com, so it is recommended to use the PCM2903C instead.
We updated the datasheet for this device and deleted the note you are highlighting; please refer to the latest PCM2903C datasheet.
SCMS ensures digital copyright protection. This part will not allow the transfer of first generation or higher copyrighted data to the host; so if the copyright bit is present and data is indicated as first-generation or higher, the digital input data will not be routed to the host, and the analog signal from the ADCs will be selected as the input source.
