Hi,

Can I interface 8 number of tlv320 aic12k mono codec in cascade mode directly with DIX4192?

Requirement : transmit and receive 8 channels of voice over optical link

    Hi Rojan,

    Welcome to e2e Forum!

    Can you please describe the system in a block diagram form as I do not seem to understand the full requirements for the same? 

    As far as DIX4192 goes, it has DIT which can take 2-ch audio input stream into an AES3-encoded output stream and DIR can handle four differential line recievers and uses 4:1 mux...it would be helpful to know more details in block diagram to answer your question.
