DRV603: Can it be used as differential DC amplifier

Part Number: DRV603

I like the concept of the integrated charge pump which theoretically allows negative output voltages with unipolar supply. That’s why I’d like to use the DRV603 as a pitch CV output driver for an electronic music instrument. The input would come from an unipolar DAC, spanning 0 to 2.5V. Can I connect the non inverting input of the  DRV603 to a fix reference voltage of  1.25V and drive  the inverting  input through a 10k resistor  with a 33k feedback resistor to get a voltage output span  of roughly -4 to +4V.  That would work with every normal op-amp and bipolar supply, but I’m not sure if the DRV603 has internal specifics which would make this impossible, thus my question.
