Audio A/D Solution to interface with FPGA Dev Board

All,

I am looking for an A/D solution for my Terasic DE2-115 (http://www.terasic.com.tw/cgi-bin/page/archive.pl?Language=English&No=502). I am working in the audio frequency ranges and would like a sampling rate between 50k - 200k and 16 bit precision.  I found a couple solutions that interface with the TI HSMC bridge, but the 16-bit precision models had sampling rates of 50M or greater.

I found the PCM4201 which would meet my requirements, but I do not have an easy solution to interface it with my dev board.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
