TAS5634EVM: can't download purepath console

I need to download purepath console to work with my TAS5634EVM. But my request rejected:

"We are sorry but your transaction has been denied. Full name, company/university, and a matching email are required. Please update your myTI account information and resubmit your request."

what wrong with my profile? I filled all field right!
