TLV320ADC3101-Q1: Unclear dithering settings

The ADC provides a “Dither control” register (Page 1, Register 26) but it is not described anywhere in the datasheet.

Could you provide some info about its intended usage? From the register description, it seems to work on voltage offset compensation but effects are not clear

    Hi, Andrea,

    The dither register is used to control the offset for each ADC of the device. This is available for applications where the ADC shows a small offset and user needs to normalize the outputs of both ADCs to have the same output level.
