LM4921: Is this part NRND? I have not seen any new stock in 4+ months.

The status of this device shows active. Nevertheless I would recommend you to use one of our better supported devices like TLV320DAC3203.
LM4921 is currently hard to support as there is no evaluation module available and device documentation is very limited.
