PCM1803A: PCM1803A THD+N and SNR

Part Number: PCM1803A

Team,

Customer is evaluating PCM1803A and found abnormal THD+N and SNR value. AUX input is divided by 22k/24k to get around 1/2 attenuation. When input the 1V/1kHz tone, the measured SNR is only 90dB and THD+N is 0.07%, which is much worse than spec in datasheet. Do you have any advice of how to identify the root cause? Thanks.
