    Hi Devon,

    The schematic seems to be correct. Please see the attached simulation results (verify component values as I can't clearly see some of them).
    You can run any additional simulations using the TINA-TI model available in LME49726 product folder, under Tools & Software.
    Are you using polarized capacitors at the inputs? If you do, these might need to be flipped as the positive terminal would be currently be connected to the device inputs.
