Hi,

Can you please let me know what is the maximum junction temperature of PCM3003E?

Its not mentioned in the datasheet. We need this info for our thermal analysis.

Hi, Archana,

The PCM3003 is a quite old device whose junction temperature was not specified at the moment of release, however based on the package and typical power consumption, we expect it to be around 125C.
