TPA2012D2: The way of eliminating TPA2012D2's pop noise

Hi team，

There are pop noise in the device of TPA2012D2-QFN when close the shutdown pin(turn low to high).We had suggested delaying the input of differential signals about 3.5ms by modifying the software .However , the differential signals can not be delayed by modifying the software.The following is the sch. I want to know there are another way to eliminate the pop noise by modifying software or hardware?

Hi, Troyson,

We strongly recommend to wait around 3.5ms after the device is powered up in order to complete the start-up time. Any usage of the device while the start-up is not complete may result in a pop issue like this.

Do you have the same results if the speaker is directly connected to the TPA2012D2 output? I mean, without the inductors and capacitors. The output stage is filter-free unless the EMI filter is needed due to the EMI level.
